Amy said Desmond does an outstanding job and this business provides great customer service and communication. They kept her informed. She said they do a great job but the battery was dead, the panels were not installed properly and the mechanism in the mirror was disconnected, causing her to have to take the vehicle back. She waited an additional 1.5 weeks for the repairs to be completed due to these issues. She said she will recommend them to others but will tell them to be cautious due to this particular experience.

We are very grateful to Amy for providing this feedback to us.  We were able to refine our internal communication at the location with regard to preservation of best practices as a result. 
We were happy to install a new battery at no charge and are regretful for the incovenience that Amy went through.
