Michael stated that he wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because the fender on the vehicle doesn't fit right. He explained that it was written on the paperwork that he wasn't satisfied with the fender and no one has gotten back to him about the issue. Michael said that he wouldn't recommend the business because of the above mentioned reason. He would like a member of management to contact him about the above mentioned issue with the fender not fitting right.

It is unfortunate that your repair did not meet our quality standards. To make it right, we contacted our parts vendor for a replacement fender to remedy the unsatisfactory fit.
