Carol said it was difficult to find the repair facility because no signs are posted. The repair was completed one day later than promised and she does not really know the reason but she did not mind. The vehicle was returned to her cleaner than before she dropped it off. It was very well vacuumed. She did not know she was supposed to pay the co-payment when she picked up her vehicle and the facility did not accept the American Express card or checks. She thought the insurance company would settle with the facility first and she had already turned in her rental. She said she wished her insurance company would have informed her of this as well as the facility when she dropped off her vehicle.
