Maron said he rated his overall experience a 4 because it's hard to give someone a perfect score. The facility didn't repair the vehicle on the first visit and had to go back multiple times. He asked for the vehicle to be detailed and it was not completely cleaned. He said he's still dealing with this insurance, USAA, because he didn't get the rental until 2 days afterwards. He was to have it for 2 days, kept it for 1 day and the repair was ready the next day.
