Spoke with Sheila. She said she rated 3 overall because she had to return because the navigation system and the CD player were messed up. Her vehicle was ready when promised but she couldn't drive it away and they had to fix it again. Sheila stated it was complicated and she chose not to elaborate. She had to say they were good. They took care of it, they didn't charge for any additional time, and they took care of the rental. She found them to be extremely generous and honest about fixing the issues, so she would definitely return and she wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to her friends. Sheila added she baked them some brownies.
