Dustin said he and his wife love the speedy, quality work they did on his 2 vehicles. However, interacting with the people up front was lacking on this second visit. Unlike the first time, there was not much customer service. They handed the keys over and said goodbye. He had no way to gauge his opinion of the repairs at the time, since they did not walk him through or explain. That is why he was not satisfied with their courtesy or professionalism. The other employees who were not at the front desk were courteous and professional.
