Melissa said the person who helped her, Chris, called her throughout the repair to let her know everything that was happening with her vehicle. He let her know about all of the additional damage, the repairs that were being made and the bumper that was going to be replaced. He went out of his way to fix everything and to get her new bumper. She was very pleased to have been kept informed. It took an additional week beyond the initial promise date for her vehicle to be ready due to additional damage being found.
