Kristina said it took forever to get her vehicle back, a month. She stated her vehicle had been at this business for a week when she called them for a status report, and was told they hadn't started working on it yet. Kristina remarked she thinks they were overwhelmed by all of the vehicles that needed repairs from the snow storm. Kristina pointed out her vehicle wasn't ready when promised on a few occasions, because the work hadn't been completed. She still has to return to this business whenever parts are delivered. She called this business after she picked up her vehicle because there are dents and ripples in it. She commented the woman she spoke with on the phone about the dents and ripples was wonderful, and assured her they would take care of the issues when she came back in to have the parts installed. She added, this business's customer service was good.
