Sandra said she would rate her overall experience with the business a 0 because it took her a month and a half to get her vehicle back and the business told her the repair would take 4 days. They were not able to get a part for her vehicle. She was told her vehicle would be returned with a full detail and it was not cleaned when she received it back. She was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because they never took the time to call her about the status of her vehicle so she ended up having to call them. For these reasons she would not recommend this business.
