Asha said there were too many parties involved with her experience. The communication was not good between the business, Geico Insurance and Enterprise. She had to call them to find out the status of her vehicle and they kept her on hold too long. When she called, she spoke with multiple people who did not know what was going on with her vehicle. The person who could answer her questions was never available to speak with her. They should be more organized. She was not notified when her vehicle was not ready to be picked up. She had to wait an extra day because they ordered a part that was not painted. They had to paint it themselves and they had to wait for it to dry. Their staff was not up to par but the repairs were great. She would not recommend them because of all the reasons mentioned above.
