Spoke with Dolly. She said the business wasn't organized. The rental vehicle wasn't ready when she arrived at the business. The vehicle was delayed 3 days because their estimations of receiving the parts was off. She had to call the business to find out the status of the repair because they didn't contact her. She would recommend the business based on the quality of the work but not based on the customer service.
