My husband took his work van because it was overheating. They told him they could fix it that day. He was charged hundreds of dollars. It was still overheating the next day they charged him hundreds more and said they had to get a part from the dealership. Next day he went to pick it up. They said the motor was ruined and nothing could be done. He has nothing now. His van is stuck there. It cost him over a thousand dollars for they to ruin his work van.
I will get that van back and get it inspected by a honest mechanic, it damn sure better have new parts on it or they lied or stole them.
I will be contacting a news channel and a lawyer, as far as I'm concerned they are cheating thieves.
If I'd known he was thinking of taking it there. It would have never happened, I would have checked reviews first.
