Nhan said he feels they have been in business for so long that they have gotten too comfortable with the type of service they provide. He had to take his vehicle back because the window they put in was misaligned. They left grease stains on the visor. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.

Unfortunately it took a second try to get this complicated window aligned correctly.  Our fault, very sorry.  Regarding the grease on the visor, we did not know about this until now.  Called Mr. Duong and offered to clean it.  We have some very fine cleaners, however he has not returned to have us take care of it.
