Honest and customer-oriented
Had to return after a new wheel was installed here in January. I had a blowout on the freeway and discovered a lug nut on that wheel was cross-threaded. I made an appointment by email and was seen first thing on Saturday. True Line admitted their mistake and although it took a while to get parts, didn't charge me a dime for fixing it. From experience, other places would have been reluctant to accept fault. So even though there was a problem with the work on my first visit, honesty wins the day and I'll be glad to be a loyal customer in the future.
