I was happy with how quickly I could get an appointment for the standard one year maintenance. They had some snacks and refreshments available.
the only minor negative experience wad when picking up my car they didn't make it clear when they brought it out, so I wound up waiting around a little longer than needed even thought my car was ready to go.
