I took my daughter's car there for an inspection and oil change. I knew they were expensive on oil changes but they were close by and I was in a hurry due to other planned activities. Of course the mechanic said wiper blades had to be replaced. I asked how much and he said $7 each and $5 for the rear wiper. I told him to proceed. I looked at the bill and I was charged $11.99 each and $19.99 for the rear wiper. I said you told me $7 each, he said "no, I said $10 each and $5 for the rear wiper and I gave you $15 off the total bill."
I said " no way, you definitely said $7 each". Long story short I was basically called a liar. Even with the the $15 discount, I was still overcharged $10 for the wiper blades. I am some what ashamed of losing my temper and my choice of words, but it felt good to let those thieves know how I felt. Never say never, but I don't plan to darken their door again.
