On Saturday morning September 8th, my daughter-in-law noticed that my inspection sticker had expired in August. We called West Broad VW and scheuled an appointment right away. Not only were they able to see us that day, once we got there we were in and out very quickly. Our service advisor Stuart Hudson was very attentave and I feel that he went above and beyond to help me rectify my oversight. No traffic ticket thank to my daughter-in-law and West Broad VW!
