I just want to say thanks to West Broad VW and VW of America. My TDI Jetta stalled out and would not start. It appears that I got some bad diesel fuel somewhere and it destroyed the entire fuel system. I have a 2010 that is out of the factory warranty, but had an extended warranty.
I had my car towed to West Broad VW on a Saturday night. Stanley called me Monday and said they would get right on it. Later that afternoon he called to say it looked like a fuel issue. The next day it was confirmed as a fuel issue. There were metal flakes/shavings throughout the entire fuel system. Stanley called VW of America and reported the problem. VW of America said they would cover the entire thing. The whole fuel system, thousands of dollars in parts and labor. West Broad even gave me a 2013 Passat as a loaner for a few days, for free.
West Broad didn't have to give me a free loaner, they didn't have to call VW of America, but they did. I have always had superior service from West Broad VW and VW (in multiple states). West Broad even managed to fix my car in 3.5 days.
Everyone at West Broad is great. They have been doing my stuff since I moved here 18 months ago.
