Ryan Nuttle was the service advisor who greeted me immediately upon my arrival at West Broad VW Service Dept. for the curtesy check on my new Tiguan. I did not have an appointment, as I was told one was not needed, but Ryan immediately began the process for the check up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about my new vehicle in a professional and helpful manner. He kept me informed about the progress my vehicle was making through the maintenance check-up. It was my first to the West Broad VW Service Dept., so Ryan took me on a tour of the service area including the customer lounge and the parts/accessories dept. Thanks to Ryan, my first trip into the service department was a very positive experience and went a long way in instilling confidence in the service department and in my choice to purchase a vehicle from West Broad VW.
