I visited West Broad VW's service department on Monday, January 16 to have my courtesy check completed. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the service entrance and the ease in registering for my courtesy check.
While checking over my vehicle, the service personnel found that I had a screw in my tire. They quickly repaired the tire and I was on my way within 30 minutes of entering the service department. The ladies in the service department were so nice and helpful. In contrast, I have had previous experiences at another VW dealership where I had purchased a previous vehicle and had very mediocre service. I am very pleased, so far, with my experiences in the West Broad VW service department. I hope they continue to impress me!
