Wish they still made the Element

Have almost 250,000 miles on it. Love it. Would buy another one if they still made it. My grand children like the raised back seats and sun roof as they can see better. When they were small, it is easy to install and remove their car seats.

2006 Honda Element

This is the best car we have experienced. This standard 5 speed is a delight to drive, It is consistent in mileage, climbs the passes easily. Its 4 wheel drive feature maneuvers through the snow without much difficulty. The stadium seats in the back are comfortable and the fact that they fold up for extra space is a plus. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is due to the road noise. However, that is minor in my overall experience. Sadly, this car is not being made any more. I would certainly by another one if it were possible. P.S. the "red" we have is great. Also, I like being able to say, "I'm in my element." Sometimes simple styling is better than a fancy look.

Element review

I have had my Element for 7 years now and very pleased with it. I love the way I can hook the back seats up and have tons of storage space. It's a very "solid" car that is comfortable to drive and ride in (back seats are elevated so you look over top of front seat passengers). It sits up high enough so can go over most things with out scraping underneath and people with disabilities find it easy to get in and out of. Gas mileage per tank is only drawback--(about 230miles per tank)

Terrific for what it is

This puppy has 150000 miles on it. 2016 and it is our “dog car”. Clam shell rear doors work great for pups. Made many multiple trips from NJ to SC and on to FL. Only negative is 4 cyl. Engine. If they still made them, would buy one in a minute.

Old faithful

Had one for 14 years. 157,000 miles. Didn’t owe me a dime. Hated to let her go. Ability to remove rear seats was a BIG plus. Clamshell doors terrific for dogs. Better gas mileage than advertised although would have love 6 cylinders.

Best Car

I have been driving for almost 50 years. I have had almost 20 different cars, and this one is, by far, the best. After almost 10 years, and 135,000 miles, it still looks almost brand new. It has never failed me.

Best car.

Sadly, this vehicle is not produced anymore. Of all the cars we have had over the years, this is our favorite. It is a 5 speed, my personal choice, holds the road very well, gets good mileage, crosses the mountain pass with ease, has stadium back seats, and is easy to get in and out. No dropping down to the floor and having to pull yourself out. I call it my "Red Toaster."

I am STILL in my Element

Best car ever for me. Have had 3 Alaskan Malamutes curled up sharing the back with both seat backs down. 9 years old and I am not giving it up! Aloha, Momi and The Ash Street Pack

Love it!

I'm keeping it forever! Great in snow, ice, rough roads. Practical yet stylish (well, I think so at any rate)! One of Honda finer moments of design. Sadly they stopped making it, so I'm keeping this one forever

Bring back the Element!

My Element is my favorite car...ever! I cannot say enough good thing about this vehicle, it has everything I wanted in a car. Fun to drive, lots of head room, easy to maintain, easy to clean, lots of space to carry whatever you desire. Comfortable, Quiet, Reliable and FUN!

2006 Honda Element - most useful vehicle I've ever owned.

After 50+ years of driving, my Element is easily the most versatile vehicle I've ever had. The removable rear seats gives me a flat surface that can hold 16 bales of pine straw. Clean up takes a couple of minutes with a leaf blower. Even at age 71, I can reinstall the seats in a few more minutes and have comfortable seats with more leg room than mot midsize cars. My only gripe is that they stopped producing the Element because I'd certainly buy another one.

The space!

I traded up from a 2002 accord to a 2006 element. I LOVE IT! Mileage better than I expected for a box on wheels, SO much space for transporting things, high load bearing (almost 2,000 lbs), and so much more. I'd recommend it to ANYONE.

Most Excellent

I have had almost 20 cars in my life, and this one is the best. It fits all my needs. I removed the rear sits a few weeks after I bought it, and that only took me about 10 minutes.

great car/truck

Just love this vehicle, use it for hauling and around town and traveling. Holds an amazing amount of goods and furniture, lumber you name it. Extremely dependable. Had it for ten years of great driving with minimal problems
