ahhh

Love the all the features, quiet ride, comfortable....BUT... no exterior lighting upon Auto Start Salesman was very knowledgeable (except lighting)...No pressure sales, very fast transaction. Very clean dealership.

Good Value

Overall, very happy with the vehicle choice for a work vehicle. Spacious, great features, rides nice, quiet and is overall a great choice. I wish the driver seat was a little more comfortable and wish I knew that the model I selected didn't have Bluelink feature. Would have waited to get one with features like remote start, maintenance records and alerts.

2024 Tucson Review

My wife and I enjoy the ride and features in this new vehicle. I wish the gas mileage was a little better. My experience at the dealership wasn't the greatest. It took about 4 hours to get everything done on an extremely hot day. They never offered to review the vehicle with us at all. They played games with the finance rate. They put the plates on and sent us on our way. When I got home, I noticed a chip in the paint all the way down to the metal. We called the dealer and was told there was nothing they could do about it. They offered us a couple of free car washes. I will not go back there for service. They should've offered to at least take a look at it. They do not want to be bothered at all, once the deal is done.

It's a good vehicle

I am mostly happy with the car. My only issues are the exhaust seems to be getting louder and the wireless phone charger doesn't work with any phone that I have or any of my friends or family have. Will discuss this with the service dept and maybe they can address the issues

Love my new Tucson

I love my new car; I wish it had better gas mileage. And, the controls are not all ergonomically located (heated seat button), And the driver's side mirror is a huge blind spot for me. Other than that, I love my new Tucson!

Car is great, was screwed by the dealer on 90 day no payment option

Due to dealer error, I expected to not make a payment until February for the car we bought in November. 90 days no payment is what I was promised. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from Hyundai finance on Dec 23 telling me I was late making a payment! My credit rating was downgraded!! Dealer cannot fix their error!!!

People were nice, but my inital car had self parking issues (backup & forward) so I ended up getting a new one 3 weeks later. All is good now.

My new car drives great and super smooth. I love the grey interior. All of the features (heated steering wheel, cooling seats, etc.) make my commute in the winter bearable. I love all of the special effects with the lighting during night time as well.

Averall good experience and good vehicle, just maybe front parking sensor could be available from SEL mode, acceleration could be little bit better and fuel economy could be better specially in the city range

Great vehicle but electronics difficult to use and understand!!!

The Tucson is a nice vehicle and affordable, however the electronic components offered in the entertainment system are nice, but no clear understanding of use is offered for anyone not familiar with modern technology...

Great vehicle

Great car! I never would have thought I would own a Hyundai but here we are. It drives smooth has lots of bells and whistles (limited edition). We really enjoy the moon roof. Gets great gas milage. Very sleek looking.

Happy family drive

Nothing to complain about and nothing to boast about. Perfect for a small family. Ticks all necessary safety boxes and delivers the promised performance. A little more storage area in door pockets would have made me more happy.

Generally happy

Overall I think this is an excellent vehicle, which is reasonably priced considering everything. It is not quite as good on gas as other hybrids. But that is not really a surprise after purchasing as the mileage ratings indicate that.

The dealership was great with trying to find a car perfect for me. I wanted to make sure my new car had all the features i was looking for including an immobilizer to avoid the constant backlash they are getting from society. Overall great.

Dk what to say about this amazing vehicle. It’s great! I’ve had mine for approximately 2 months now and no real issues so far. I know it’s still early to judge but we’ll see! Will write another review in a couple months.

My biggest complaint is the MPG estimate. Supposed to be 23/28. I have yet to hit 23 in the city or 28 on the highway in one month driving. Highest I have gotten is 21.8 mph. But I love the look of my new car!

Don't like that passenger seat has to be adjusted maually.

The ride is quiet and smooth. Dont like the car engine turning off at traffic light. Love the color and nd that it is economical. Not impressed with design of front grill. Headrest in back obstruct rear view.

Great experience in purchasing

My prior purchase fell victim to needing an engine replacement that seized while I was driving it. However, Hyundai made it right. I was hesitant at buying a new Hyundai, but they cannot be beat in warranty, so I took another chance. They are beautiful cars and am happy with my purchase
