POS

Ive never had transmission problems in any vehicle Ive ever owned. This POS with its CVT transmission sucks. I had it less than a year and had to replace the tranny. I have owned 6 Jeeps. 2 Cherokee's, 2 Grand Cherokee's a Wrangler unlimited and this POS. Never again. Very disappointed that Jeep would sell this kind of crap and put their badge on it.

My Compass

I bought my Compass in 2012 . Love my car. It still looks new. Have had very little problems! I would buy another one when I feel mine needs to be traded in, but I don't see that happening for a few more years. I love the color which is a unusual green. Saddened that that color is no longer available. Because when it's time for a new one I wanted the same color.

Reliable

It’s a good vehicle overall. Unless, you live in the desert and need to drive on the highway in the summer. High temperatures & going 75 mph+ overheats the transmission oil. Phoenix to Tucson isn’t far but on multiple occasions it’s overheated even in 90° weather.

Compass talk

I think it was a good idea but not thought out to well. More planning should have been done before bringing out this model. Week engine, break squeeling and noise in general are bad. Wont buy another Jeep again.

2012 Compass

Perfect vehicle. Just the right size. Good gas mileage and features. Comfortable and easy to drive. The Latitude model has all we need. Great in snow. We are very happy with this. Just wish we could turn off the automatic door lock. Otherwise all good.
