Brought 2016 Honda Pilot in because dashboard service indicator message indicator, “A12” came on. I
have been a client of Midas located in Bridgewater, MA since I first moved to this area (almost 2 years). I feel Jim has been very helpful and honest with me. Jim has always given me a reliable estimate of cost of service, as well as the length of time it will take to service my Pilot. Jim also has informed me on several occasions that some parts are still in working order, and do not need to be replaced at the general recommended time in accordance with the factory recommended replacement time. I am in my 70s and drive the car only 4.5 thousand- 5.5 thousand miles per year. I have recommended the Bridgewater Midas to friends, and they also are impressed with the courteous and reasonably priced service. They also appreciate the accurate estimate of service costs, as well as being informed when certain parts recommended by the factory to be replaced, are not yet needed.
