What impressed me the most was the extra extra effort they put in to not just fixing the issue, but the little things like putting my sunshade in the window to protect my vehicle from the August temperatures. The service team and Lynn did a great job getting us back on the road after rabbits chewed through ou
r dash lights cables. They ran the updates for security and engine monitoring logic under the required services that needed to be done. We also had some damage. I like the way everything was itemized for our approval. This process was so easy with no pressure to upsell.
