Hyundai Fremont was great. Nick took care of the paint issue very efficiently once I went to Fremont.
The rest of Hyundai including Hyundai America call center and the case manager (Pamela) assigned and her supervisor was horrendous. San Leandro Hyundai also never followed through after they took the pictures...never submitted it to Hyundai. Stevens Creek Hyundai would also not help. This case took 3+ months to resolve because of complete incompetence elsewhere in the organization. I should've gone to Fremont Hyundai to begin with.

Could have been more helpful when I came to pick up the car. Went to the office first. Then to the garage door. Greeted some staff. Then back to the office. Then back out to the garage to ask for some help. It was the end of the day, and I understand that feeling of not wanting to start a new job. However, I felt a little snubbed. I was a customer coming to pay, not someone making your day harder.
I will bring my car back to get work done.
I’ve been going to this shop for awhile for the usual maintenance such as change oil as well as other
repairs. The owners are easy to talk to and deal with. They make sure that your vehicle will be checked thoroughly. Kudos to the team!!
