Came in for a couple things for them to look at and repair last minute. I called ahead by a couple ho
urs and they were happy to help find a time for me to come in that would allow them adequate time to be attentive and focused on the repairs. I’ve been going to Greenway auto for quite some time now. Whenever they have to replace something or make any changes to my vehicle, they take the time to explain what I don’t understand, show me the broken or damaged part(s) that they removed and replaced, and show me why that needed to be fixed. I trust them 100% with all my repair needs. Getting tires and alignment done soon, and I am glad they make me feel confident and safe with their team, working on my baby (my jeep).
