Let’s just say that after an error on their end with my car service ( new tires and a few replacement
parts needed). They understood why I was angry and the owned the mistake that was made. They were able to give me a small discount and a sincere apology. We all human. This is the first mistake in my many years of service there! I’m still a happy customer. Thank you!
