to you soon." Craig with LoCo Exotics took the time to call me. Needed a water pump and thermostat replacement on my '19 Audi Q7 3.0 TFSI. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and explained the entire procedure before any work was done. He set proper expectations about price, time involved, and the possibility of additional services. And then he kept me informed throughout the process and sent supporting images.
