I went to a different shop for what turned out to be a big maintenance job. They changed the plugs, s
ome filters, the front brakes and some suspention parts, but missed that it was clunking in the front. The clunking became more pronounced afterwards. I brought it to Audy to see what they could do, as I didn't have a ride to get back from the other shop and they don't have a waiting area. Audy identified the clunking and fixed it in a day for a reasonable price. No more clunking. Also, it's nice that you can rent a car and drop it back off right from their parking lot. No relying on other people.
