I’m not a typical customer for an auto repair shop—I perform all of my own maintenance and repairs. I
n this case, I believed I had a rear main seal issue that would have required removing the transmission (and why I needed help). After their inspection, they determined it was not the rear seal at all, but multiple other gaskets causing the oil leak. They also fixed a coolant leak caused by a simple loose clamp, recommended replacing the timing belt, and addressed a failing motor mount.
What stood out most was their honesty and transparency. They could have easily told me the rear seal was bad and charged me for unnecessary work, but they didn’t. Instead, I received a clear, itemized report with photos, fair pricing, and no pressure. The technology they use to send inspection details and pictures is impressive and makes it easy to trust their recommendations.
I got the car back running perfectly, with everything fixed as explained. This shop absolutely deserves more than five stars. I’ll be back, and they genuinely restored my faith in trustworthy auto repair shops.
