He took the time to explain what needed to be done and provided honest recommendations. Communication was excellent. What impressed me the most was the extra extra effort they put in to not just fixing the issue, but the little things like putting my sunshade in the window to protect my vehicle from the August temperatures. Desert B.M.W. has definitely earned my trust and future business. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and a team that truly cares about their customers.

My daughter-in-law Kiya's AC went out in her Honda and she was quoted a high price to replace it. I
called a few places to check prices and when I called K.A.R. I was very impressed. Kris was polite, knowledgeable and patient. He gave me a price that was out the door all taxes , labor and parts included. He also said Kiya may not need a whole AC unit and he would let us know and adjust the price. Well guess what she didn't need a whole new unit. The thing I value most at an auto shop besides good work is honesty! There was no up-selling, he didn't try to sell a whole unit that wasn't needed and that is what keeps customers coming back honesty and great work. K.A.R. Shop will be getting our business from now on.
