Great Customer Service
From the beginning of my service to the end Carafello's kept me informed with what was going on with
the service for my car. I think her name was Yari, she fought for my rights with my unprofessional warranty company! And she nor Ryan did not let up on the warranty company until they handle their business. Carafello even took a pay cut, to make sure I was treated fairly. I will forever be grateful for this company. I will also refer my friends to them. As far as the warranty company, I put in a Cancelation because they did not handle their business with Carafello's professionally!

Excellent Service, Honesty, Integrity with the expertise to tackle any job.
I have been to many auto repair facilities across Virginia. University Car Care is simply the best .
The staff is thoughtful and the expertise is second to none. My son is an ODU student and having this business across the street from the University means one less major worry for me as a parent. From quick one day simple service work to a complete engine change out (twice), this shop is simply amazing. They stand behind their work and offer phenomenal service at a fair price.
