Service was great! The workers were very friendly and efficient. My only complaint is I purchased a G
roupon for the synthetic oil change and was supposed to receive a $20 digital gift card. I have not received a digital gift card for this time around OR last time either, eventhough it’s promised with the Groupon purchase. Other than this, my experience at Hometown has been nothing but positive!

Caesar and Francisco are wonderful. As a woman, I know how uncomfortable it can feel trying to trust a mechanic, but I have always felt safe, respected, and well taken care of here. They take the time to explain things and never make you feel rushed or talked down to.
