ed a Kona 2026 vehicle and had difficulty connecting voice activation for both phone and radio service. I stopped at your showroom in Valley Stream and was most fortunate to get Jean to help me. There were a lot of technical issues, yet Jean was focused on one goal: connection to Blue Link, and then phone and radio.. After what seemed like an hour in various trials and errors, Jean was able to get the necessary links for me. I have to say he was very PATIENT, tech savvy and determined…definitely an asset to your company. I want to publicly thank him in this review.
