o Tech was recommended. She called up and they were able to look at the car the same day. The tech was friendly and listened to her and they were able to reproduce the sound. Put it on a lift and the car will need new rotors and pads soon. Gave price estimate which was fair. Did not try to hard sell her that it needed to be done right now, but very soon.
