On Saturday afternoon, we walked into the dealership, Amy Hale was assigned as our sales person. She
listened to us and suggested a car in our price range. We tried it, liked it and bought it. We gave it to our grand daughter. She was thrilled with it. Amy checked with us after the sale. We sent pictures to her. A few days later there was an issue with the car. She contacted Bobby Carter, her Sales Manager, and he authorized the repair at no charge. Overall, great experience.

o see whom I could trust with my newly purchased pre-owned BMW 320i. From the start, they have always been helpful, upfront and honest about the services needed, price, and labor. Sometimes the repairs have been more expensive than the original estimates, but that is to be expected when the problem on the car is more serious than we expected. I have never been disappointed by any aspect of the experience. And the best part is, they give me a loaner car so that I can get to work in East Nashville....even when the repair takes a few days. I can't think of many people who do this anymore.

My most recent service at Jerry Potts Car Care was excellent. I got my car repaired quickly, and the
cost was reasonable. I've had my cars serviced there for several years now, and they have always been good to me. They are honest people who treat you fairly. I'd give them six stars if I could.
They was very helpful and let me see what was wrong with my car and recommend me to what I needed to
make my car better and they made me feel like I wasn't just a woman in there that they was gonna take for granted. I had a outstanding experience now my boyfriend takes his truck there! Thanks Midas!
