"Great place"
I was well pleased with service, Mr. Potts even took the time to explain all the details to me. I recommend Potts device to anyone, you will be happy you chose them. 5 stars is not enough to represent my satisfaction.

Tom said the business has always done an outstanding job on his vehicle. The girls that work at the front counter have always been very helpful, nice and courteous. During this visit one of the employees asked if he could leave his vehicle and he told her he couldn't. She asked if John could take of the vehicle and they said it was alright. John came right out and took care of it so he was on the road again.

"Truck repair"
Radiator was leaking. While in the shop a power steering hose also appeared to be leaking. Both were quickly replaced.

Sherrome said he asked this business to diagnose his vehicle and they did not stay in contact with him for 3 weeks. He called them and he was put on hold or had to wait for them to call him back. He found out they never looked at his vehicle like they said they did and his vehicle was ignored. He would not recommend them based on the issues stated.
