"Always great service you can rely on"
Just got this car and it needed a few lights plus there was a warning light on. I phoned ahead so the correct bulbs were ordered and replaced while I waited. They checked the warning light and it turns out it’s nothing. But, it was checked thoroughly. What a great thing to have a place to take our vehicles that we can trust. There’s not much of that anymore so i feel compelled to make sure everyone knows this is such a place.

"Great Place"
I made three trips to J & W for help in diagnosing multiple SRS (airbag) problems on a 2016 Honda Fit. The initial diagnosis was a front impact sensor, which I replaced. A second problem them showed up - the weight sensor in the passenger seat. I replaced the module in the seat but this did not cure the problem as the diagnosis remained the same. I then replaced the seat with a good used one. Problem solved. The folks a J. & W. were friendly and helpful in dealing with this old "do it yourselfer," and charged me only for one diagnosis.!
