Overall it was an alright experience the only thing I didnt like was even though I requested for a lo
w clearance truck the truck couldn't enter my parking garage and the driver told me they dont do pushes so he said id have to push the car down on my own. Its a morning so nobody is really awake or readily avaliable to help last minute but to make it alittle more awkward for me I had to push it after the top floor ,where my car was, became icy so I was fighting pushing my car, ice, and the newly installed speedbumps that the parking garage installed. Besides all that trouble it was a decent experience, it was a monday so it was busy but I dont blame them for it and they offered me treats at the facility. The facility was also nice and very professional. I dont blame them for the fact that the truck couldnt fit through the parking garage but I wish they were willing to help when they realized I was the only one able to push my car.

ed a Kona 2026 vehicle and had difficulty connecting voice activation for both phone and radio service. I stopped at your showroom in Valley Stream and was most fortunate to get Jean to help me. There were a lot of technical issues, yet Jean was focused on one goal: connection to Blue Link, and then phone and radio.. After what seemed like an hour in various trials and errors, Jean was able to get the necessary links for me.
