ike they knew my vehicle better than I did! They were very courteous and they have a very nice facility and a good location. I will be back! They even gave me a list of things that still need to be done to my vehicle. The list even has an approximate cost estimate for the services. I'll recommend Mike's to almost every person I know that needs automotive help and even to some that don't. It's a people friendly atmosphere!

I want to give a personal shout out to my Service Advisor Jim Mulkey. Jim worked with my daughter wh
o was driving cross country from AZ to NC. She ran into some mechanical problems in Oklahoma City, her AC went out, and she was transporting her elderly dog in the rear seat, and the AC was critically important for her dog. Jim was determined to get to the bottom of the trouble, and discovered the issue, and had his team make the repairs, and sent my daughter, and her dog safely on their way with the AC working great!
