"Honest, friendly customer service"
Bob Howard bought out another dealership, but honored their oil changes for life customer service commitment. They always talk with you about recommended maintenance and the cost before service, and I never feel like they recommend unnecessary services to drive up the cost, which is so great.

"Ray resolved the problem. "
I had recall work performed on my Elantra on Thursday, February 15th. at that time I was not satisfied with the service I experienced. However, on Monday, February 19th I received a call from the Service Manager, Ray. We discussed my concerns about my original visit. I was able to return to the dealership that day. My issues were the air conditioner was not working properly and the tire sensor was not fixed. I was told the sensor would not be covered under warranty, due to the fact my warranty expired 24 days ago. I was completely unaware of the expiration, thinking I had up to 60,000 miles. Ray was very interested in assisting me. He was very professional and I appreciate the excellent customer service he provided. Ray followed up with me later and went beyond the average expectation. I'm a satisfied customer now.
