They addressed the problem and had to order the part which took time but it was fixed great and they gave me a loaner car which was nice my only complaint was after service was done I went to the sales department and asked them if they would see how much my car would be worth since I was recently in an accident and they told me to go to car max and acted like they wanted nothing to do with it. I figured since I purchased the car there they would be willing to help me out but they weren't

Your people should replace tires value caps when checking air pressure . When I return home , I notice that I was missing two value caps. I was taught to return thing .

"Service team has gone above and beyond to improve the car condition"
My initial disappointment and misgivings have been completely cleared by the Bob Howard team. The quick response to solve the issue with the car gives me great confidence in the team and the culture of great service. The team made sure they took care of my car. The service engineer who made the error took the responsibility and the ownership. To Err is human - To take responsibility is the beginning of knowledge.
