Go-To Mechanic for years
I had my last service with Pacific Auto this last week (moving). I've been going to Pacific Auto for
4.5 years, and they have been there for me throughout all of my car problems. Oliver has been amazing, supportive, helpful, and kind every time I bring my car in. Has helped me troubleshoot maintenance decisions, and always gives fair, transparent, and pragmatic guidance. Each time I bring my car in, I wholeheartedly trust their evaluation and service. I had visited MIRAMAR BMW SERVICE before, without an appointment, for a service light in my dashboar
d that worried me. I was so IMPRESSED with the way I was treated that I told them that when I needed Service I would return.
Today I needed SERVICE and I made an appointment and returned. I was not disappointed!!!! My car was fixed at a great price, they were friendly and reliable. Noa was amazing with his service. I highly recommend them !!!!

I was met right away at the counter, and was shown a courteous, polite, and professional response to my concern with my 24 year old truck.
I had a lot of concerns with my truck since it is a 2002, and still had most of the original parts.
There was an initial leak that was a major concern, along with worn out shocks and linkage, breaks, etc. The gentleman at the counter was kind enough to walk outside with me to my truck, and see what I pointed out that needed attention. I was impressed with the quality of work that was done and the experience of the mechanics that took care of me. I didn't know how long I would have to leave my truck with them (days, week, etc.) and was very surprised when I received a phone call that same day that it was all complete. When driving it back home it was so assuring that to have the ride feel like a new truck again. Thank you so much for taking care of me and giving me that peace of mind.
