I own a legacy 2003 Volvo XC70 w/ approx. 117,000 miles wherein it is difficult to find such esoteric
older model quality auto repair of a foreign make. Have utilized Tolima for past three years, everything from regular service, e.g., tires, alignments, to modifications, e.g., LED headlights, to major and minor repairs such as front suspension. They are extremely competent, know the source of most problems and if they don't will consult with experts to determine, and particularly for my auto that was Sweden built in December, 2002. Honest with reasonable parts and labor pricing, as well as all work warrantied.
Yes, could utilize local Volvo dealers, but have received Volvo's repair quotes, both parts and labor, at near 350% higher.
I recommend bringing your auto, of any make and model, to Tolima for service, repair, and body shop repair if needed.
We’ve always brought our car here for the past number of many years. We miss Avi. But, the place i
s still great. And the quality of work seems to be excellent. However, I’m finding that sometimes on the phone some woman there is more abrupt than needs to be.
I had caught a bad flat tire in my work van and from the minute I arrived at their shop I was greeted
with great customer service and that flat was fixed extremely quick and I was satisfied and on my way. I Highly recommend this place.
Benner's fixed my car 6 months ago completely accommodating my schedule and respecting my time. Yet a
gain, Benner's does not fail to disappoint! I went today as someone hit and popped out part of my bumper. I went to get a quote and Chris came out to look at my car. He asked for the keys and told me wait inside. All of five minutes later, he pulls the car back out and he fixed it. Knowing it was a lease, he also touched up my car and continue to say to bring it back if Honda gave me any issues. All of this free of charge! I cannot believe how amazing this experience once (usually my luck is the opposite). I will never take my car anywhere else ever again - friendly staff and perfect work!
