As for me, I’ve had nothing but positive visits, they’re kind, get the job done quick and I feel do really honest work. This specific visit I scheduled thinking I needed all new brakes- when my car was ready to pick up they explained the rear brakes had about 40% life left and they didn’t need replacing yet. Yes, they’ll need a visit at some point, but proves they don’t just replace things to charge. Thanks to the crew at Affordable Auto for all your work!

usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.
