est and has never told me I needed something that I did not need. In fact, will let me know if it's not time for certain things I ask to have done - for which I am very thankful. For the work I have had done, compared to other places, their prices are fair and they do not try to rip you off. Thank you, Gary and Lil, for your professionalism and great service. Beautiful repair to the dent in my quarter panel. Looks like new and my car came back cleaner than I
usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.

I highly recommend Heritage Body shop to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle! These guys
are professional! I received my car back yesterday and there's no evidence of damage to my back bumper. I'm impressed with the skilled craftsmanship that went into making sure the paint match was flawless.
The front staff were very personable and helpful. Cody followed through on communicating with me from my initial phone call to them and taking the car to the shop through our picking up the vehicle.
Upon picking up the vehicle, we were in for a most unexpected and very pleasant surprise! The car was fully detailed, inside and out! You could see how spotless and shiny it was. The interior, including the leather seats, was completely clean!
You won't be disappointed if you take your car to Heritage for body work!
