to work with a repair shop in many, many years, so when I was involved in a collision I had no idea where to go. Saw many recommendations online for Authentic-so glad I went there! From the day I left my car there to the moment I picked it up-I received nothing but the best communication and attention to detail. The whole team at Authentic are absolutely fantastic, from the updates I received while it was being repaired to the day I picked it up. I was absolutely amazed and pleased with the repair work, and the detail of how it was cleaned and presented back to me-absolutely grateful for the the way Authentic Auto Body turned what was a rough experience for me into a positive and great outcome.
