Our experience at Old Dominion was exceptional. Office staff was friendly and got right to examining
our vehicle. We were given a timeline of what to expect from assessing the damage visually on the ground to the next step of further inspection up on the rack. They worked well with the insurance company. We were informed when our car was in the queue for repairs and what was happening with parts. From there we got regular updates about the progress. We very much appreciated that. Just a text. No annoying multiple communications. Old Dominion was efficient, knowledgeable, and has great mechanics.
