Great experience at Brandon Genesis. They were able to give me a price on a car that they purchased f
rom another dealership that I had worked with via telephone, text and email - I could not get them to get to my price. Brandon Genesis purchased the same car from them and had it transported to Brandon dealership and gave me the price I was looking for! Very flexible and worked with me to ensure I was happy.

The sales process was seamless and easy. I checked out a couple of Genesis closer to me and was not
happy with the sales process. I was looking for a specific vehicle and when I found it at Genesis of Fairfield, I contacted them and spoke with Charles Goldstein. We started negotiations and came to an agreement on cost. The majority was done via email and over the phone including initial paperwork which was convenient especially with fears of Covid. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I meet Charles and he was as polite and professional as he was over the phone. The whole transaction from start to finish was easy with no surprises. This is an upscale dealership and they treat their customers with respect and professionalism. Will definitely come back for my next vehicle.

Both "Genesis Joe", our salesman and Joey, service manager are AWESOME! I bought my GV80 in February
and today I had my Genesis "Re-connect" experience and I was amazed at the extensive knowledge my salesman, Joe Delmege has about my car. He assisted me with professionalism and patience. This is the best vehicle I have ever purchased!
Joey in service is wonderful. His attention to the customer is outstanding. I look forward to my complimentary service appointments. I can't say enough about how great this Genesis dealership is!
