I took my car in for an oil change and they not only finished quickly, but gave me an entire inspecti
on of things that could be done on the car. I’ve never had a mechanic do that for me without asking, and have been left with problems on the spot rather than be given a heads up for things that could be done within 3-6 months. I greatly appreciated that, and the detailed explanations and patience they had with me and my questions. I will always be taking my car to franks! Great customer service with every person that walked in (even some grouchy folks).
