I find myself compelled to once again recommend the Integrity Auto Care business in South Beloit.
I continue to take my Expedition to Integrity because I know they really understand how very important safety is to me. I am amazed that they take the time to document potential problem areas for my older SUV. Then they can prioritize and explain to me what really needs doing and in what order. They take photos of the problem areas and have them available online in their maintenance report. This is an awesome benefit to using Integrity.
I asked for their assistance and recommendation for an inexpensive set of tires for my SUV. They worked with me to find a good safe tire at a reasonable price. While replacing my tires they noticed the dangerous condition of one of my brake lines. In bringing it to my attention they might just have saved the life of my wife or me. Thank you so very much. And, I know, some people may think they told me I needed a repair that was not needed - but, again, they had the photo proof. Also, because I've dealt with Integrity now for years - I am absolutely certain of their honesty - and yes - Integrity.
While I've been writing this recommendation I've been remembering nightmares from the past. Over the years I've needed lots of auto repairs. And, I've used many local shops.
I have never had the level of service, care, and results as I have enjoyed from Integrity over these last 5+ years. And, all of the extra things they do to make their customers comfortable and content while waiting for the repair. Truly impressive!
This time they were even so kind as to pick up my vehicle and provide a loaner for the day (I needed to go to several appointments). In my book, that goes way above normal. This is the kind of place that you almost enjoy having to have repair work done (almost...).
Anyway, I want anyone reading this review deciding to give Integrity a try - just do it! Go and talk with them about what the problem is with your vehicle. They will discuss possible problems and solutions.
